There is a laundry room conveniently located just downstairs from the unit entry with coin-operated washer & dryer. The master bedroom is a loft with split system A/C, a ceiling fan, cal-king bed, and full en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has split system A/C, a ceiling fan, 2 twin beds, and a flat-screen TV. There is split system A/C in the living room, along with a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and DVD. For outdoor activities, Kihei Garden Estates #H-203 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 4.

A friend and I enjoyed this condo for our week's visit. Half a block from the beach, a block from a grocery store, coffee house, and several restaurants. It's located at the north edge of Kihei but outside the most congested parts. Condo was airy, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again. A good value.

It was my first time in Maui and this rental is in a great location! The beach right next to it was empty and nice for a place to relax. The rental itself was nice and came stocked with a lot of things! the only complaint was that some of the beach towels smelled funny.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. Not wild about the location. I would have preferred closer to the Kamaole beaches. I don't think the sheets had been washed in the upstairs bed. There was a bloodstained on the pillow case. And the downstairs bed had the bedspread haphazardly put on sideways. Oh, and the coffeemaker hadn't been washed.
