The new roof project will take place on building C from 7/14 to 7/23 and over the pool area from 7/18/25 to 7/27/25. During this time there will be noise and debris surrounding the building.

Overall - you get what you pay for. The sea, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. In some places it was uncomfortable because of the homeless people who hang around this beach, but, to be fair, they are chased away by security and police. Personally, I like silence, for me it is a bit noisy location. The apt itself looks good and clean,; because of the reviews we expected something more tired (:

Here is what we liked: - Clear and detailed instructions, communiction with the host was simple and easy - The code lock is very convenient - no need to carry the keys - New appliances (refrigirator, TV, stove); in general it seems that the owner is trying to keep things in working condition Here is what we did not like: - While this apartment seems to be one of the better ones in the complex, the general feeling from the apartment and the whole complex is that everything is old and cheap. "Luxury" is an antonim of how we felt. - Lots of noise. There was a renovation going in the apartment below, and noise, dust, and booming forced us to spend as little time inside as we could. - The beach nearby is not very nice. We were driving every day to one of the better beaches (about 15 min drive). - For our party of five it felt quite crowded. Also, since there is only one bathroom, whenever we needed to take a shower after the beach it was a long process.
