About this apartment rental
There is a difference between visiting the ocean and seeing it from the rooms where your family actually wakes up. This two-bedroom, two-bath Hale Kai O Kihei condo sleeps six, with every room facing an ocean view and a private lanai that makes a natural place for everyone to come together. Air conditioning, a kitchen, cable TV, WiFi, an in-suite safe, and on-site laundry keep the household comfortable. When the day's plans need a reset, the oceanfront pool, barbecue area, bocce ball, and shuffleboard are right at the complex. Explore South Kihei at your own pace, then come back to a layout with enough sleeping space for the group and a view that belongs to every room. It is made for a family that wants both beach access and a little room to breathe.
The Space:
This two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps six, with every room looking out to the ocean. A private lanai gives the group an outdoor meeting place, while the kitchen, air conditioning, cable TV, WiFi, and in-suite safe handle the practical details. On-site laundry is especially useful with six guests. Outside, the oceanfront pool, barbecue area, bocce ball, and shuffleboard offer easy ways to stay close to home.
Guest Access:
Guests at Hale Kai O Kihei can enjoy the communal oceanfront pool, BBQ area, bocce ball, and shuffleboard. A disabled parking spot and wheelchair-accessible features are listed, and the condo has a private entrance and patio or balcony.
The Neighborhood:
Kihei gives a family an unfussy South Maui base: oceanfront time close by, casual restaurants and groceries around town, and bigger beach choices when you want them. Kalama Park is useful for a shoreline walk, while the Kamaole beach parks offer familiar swimming and sunset stops. Wailea and Makena are natural drives south for a different beach day. Staying here means you can keep the schedule loose, make meals at home, and still have plenty of Maui within reach.
Getting Around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.
Other Things to Note:
Please note: Hale Kai O Kihei does not have elevators.
