Beautiful Oceanview Condo! Maui Sunset A408

My wife and I flew to Maui with our 3 sons (age 12-18) for New Year's and this condo in Kihei was a great place to stay. Condo - Great complex with view of the ocean. Allowed for watching sunset from the lanai. Tons of amenities - putting green, shuffleboard, pool, many BBQs, amply parking, activity desk, huge grass area and of course, close access to quiet beach. There are also tons of beach accessories in the unit (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkel gear, etc) which makes things easier than renting.Size - 2 bedrooms with 5 total beds was perfect for our family. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus. Great living space with solid kitchen. Nice Lanai for lounging. Location - Located on the north end of Kihei allowed for access everywhere. Only a few minute drive to the heart of Kihei and many beach options. Only 20 minutes from the airport. Quiet enough location that you have your privacy but still close enough to activities, pool and beach.More - we were able to get an early check-in which allowed us to start the vacation a bit earlier and drop all our luggage off at the condo to enjoy the rest of the afternoon. Huge thanks to Renata for that accommodation.She is a great host and VERY communicative. She provided a list of recommendations (beaches, restaurants, sights, etc) that helped in planning our trip. I would highly recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our time in Maui. It was perfect to wake up each day in such an excellent spot and end the day with a good rest. High recommend.

The property is just fantastic, with everything you need, well beyond my expectation. The owner (not the management) is very nice: messaged me and called me right after my booking with a quick nice conversation. The check-in/out was a bit hiccup. The door code started/stopped working exactly after 4pm and before 11am, respectively. No flexibility at all.

We absolutely loved our 11 night stay in Renata’s condo! Very clean and comfortable! Location was amazing! With the condo property, we had great parking. Elevators were clean and quick to access! The view of the beach/ocean, pool and golf putting grass from outside our condo was refreshing! All just a quick elevator ride away and a short walk. 6 nice grills provided and cleaned spotless each day for your grilling needs.The pool and hot tub were great!The furniture inside and outside the condo were top notch! I think condo A408 looked like it had the nicest outdoor furniture on the property! My opinion at least!The door to the condo is accessed by a keypad code so no keys to worry about! A/C unit in each room and worked well when we used them but it wasn’t really needed too often in mid-May!Extras! Renata had 5-6 beach chairs, 3 boogie boards, 2 coolers, and umbrellas that were available and we did end up using. The condo was spacious and was equipped with everything you need to get started and more! The kitchen was well equipped with all pots, pans, dishes, griddles, toaster, drip coffee machine and some filters. Has a wine cooler as well! Ice maker is the freezer plus ice it free and available at the pool as well! Some cooking spray, salt and pepper and a few other extras were available as well.Really impressed with Renata’s condo! The ONLY tip I offer is to bring or purchase beach towels when visiting Maui. There were 2 beach towels in the condo and we did use them each day. Oh yes…there is also a washer and dryer in the condo as well that we used often!Strongly recommend this condo to my closest friends! Amazing vacation and the condo created great memories for my family! Thank you, Renata!
