We loved the location and the ability to cook our meals

Broken fan, and garbage disposal fills with water when it’s on might need to be cleaned

We really liked the lanai and how close it was to the beach in front of the property. Sunsets were great.

The cleaning staff could have done a better job before we arrived. The unit itself seemed clean, bathroom was clean, bed linens seemed fresh but we noticed a few dishes that weren’t very clean and there was a very large pile of dead flies near the living room lamp area. That spot had clearly not been cleaned in a long time.

部屋の真ん前が海です。直接ビーチではなくくつろげる芝があるのも良いです。 部屋も共用部分もとても清潔に保たれていました。 スーパーも近くて便利です。

あえて言うと近所にホームレスが結構います。 特に問題ないですが、気になる人にはマイナスかな。

The location is amazing. Great view and close to grocery stores (an a urgent care since I hurt myself kayaking). Turtles were coming up to sleep (I heard they lay eggs too but these were just snoozing) at sunset about a 4 min walk away. Air con worked great in living room and where the bed was had enough fans to keep it cool as well. Pool was warm. Enough pans and dishes and the couch was comfortable to sleep on. It may have been a pull out but because of my ribs I just put a sheet on top of cushions and was good to go. The man managing the complex was super friendly too. Just be careful to either remember your door code because the front door will shut behind you if you don’t hold it open.

Liked it all! The decor is dated but everything was clean so it’s fine!
