The location of the property is great! It's right on the ocean, you can see the sunset from the balcony. The check-in was smooth. The communication was proactive. They also checked in the next morning to see if we had any issues. The kitchen was well stocked. You have a Safeway at 4 minute drive. The sofa and the bed were comfortable.

The property is really dated. They provided 4 small soaps for 4 people over a period of a week. When I asked for extra, they said that's all they can provide. There is no shampoo or conditioner provided. Your either bring it with your or buy it. The iron board was rusted with no cover. The layout of the apartment is a bit off. You have a bedroom as soon as you enter. There is a small gap under the door. If it is breezy , you will hear a wheezing sound all through the night. We couldn't sleep for a couple of days properly because of it. There is a broom closet, the broom was horrendous, you can't clean anything with it. The apartment is on the third floor, so if you have heavy luggage, it's a task to take it to the top. There is a common washer dryer, the board says $3 for wash and $3 for dryer. When you use your card the machine charges $5.
