You have a lovely house, I grew up in one exactly like it. Very clean and comfortable.
Not much of a mountain and Riverview as stated in the advertisement. The hype of breakfast was a little disappointing.

The inn was very comfortable and our room was large and comfortable as well. The inn keeper was very friendly and all our expectations were met.
the B&B sits on top of a very large and very steep hill. It is only a 10 minute walk down, but the return walk is a climb. We did it once and drove the 3 minutes. Parking at the train station is $8.00 for 12 hours. Worth it to not have to walk the hill again.

Accommodations were good. Walking distance to town.
Breakfast was HORRIBLE. No variation and not enough for the price we paid to stay.
