Perfect location for Jim Thorpe! Restaurant on site is delicious! Staff is great. It’s a short drive to Lake Harmony too!
They are upgrading the rooms, which is a plus. The shower in our room was massive. It does need a washcloth and soap holder. Not the biggest deal at all. We have been going for 4 years! We love it and look forward to it every October. Will book as soon as October 2027 is available!

Nothing fancy and it was very clean. No strange odors

For being a motel, it was pretty decent. We got one of the newer rooms. It was decent but I can tell that it wasn’t renovated to last and things are already falling apart (like the loose faucets in the sink and the shower stall). The person in charge of cleaning the rooms, making coffee and doing the check in/out was really nice.
Too many cigarette butts all over the floor - they need more ashtrays, I guess. The walls and floors are paper thin and we could her the upstairs neighbors having “fun”. Be prepared to explain weird noises to your kids if you bring them!

The location was convenient for going into Jim Thorpe. Free parking
There was more traffic (trucks) than we expected on the road. The rooms faced the road.
