The hotel is a splurge but the location and elegance make it worth a try.

We had lunch at the rooftop restaurant. The food was tasty but pricey for average food.

The hotel is beautiful. A few small things that could use improvement. The bathroom was low on all the soap, lotion, body wash, etc. We called and the refilled with no problem. The only option to park your car is valet. This $34 per day which is high.

Great location, beautiful hotel, excellent staff.

Jessy in housekeeping was terrific. Our room was spotless and well supplied every day. I asked for extra towels and she made sure we had them each day. We chose a larger king room with deck and fireplace, and it was great. Location is very central Napa, couldn’t be better. Server in the 6th floor bar was friendly and professional.

The hotel was very well-located. The common area/lobby was beautiful

The room was only OK. We were celebrating a special anniversary and requested a quiet room on a higher floor. We were given an interior room (window facing a wall) on 3rd floor. There was no street noise, but the AC was quite loud. We had to sleep with ear plugs. Also, the free parking was only during the day, so we had to pay for valet parking

the location of this hotel is perfect. very close to all the downtown Napa attractions.

all hotels need to have mini fridges that are not stocked with for sale items. i like to put my own beverages, leftovers and medications in a fridge for my usage. this one was not only stocked but partitioned, making it very hard to use for anything else other than drinks. ugh.

Very pleasant except for the restaurant experience.

Location; nice room and view. Rooftop bar and grill. The maid did a terrific job every day.

The waiter or cook in the restaurant got breakfast order wrong 3 gays in a row. Also, had to wait too long for our check.Prefer a door in the toilet area in the bathroom. I know you all do it, but paying daily to park our car is a real turnoff.

Very modern and clean. The standard rooms are small. We asked for a larger room which did cost more but it was well worth it. The balcony was huge, the room itself was immaculate and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The rooftop bar/restaurant and lounge area were amazing as well

1. Excellent location. There are many restaurants and tasting rooms around the hotel. the room and bathroom size is good . Spacious. 2. Hotel staff is very helpful. Cindy gave good recommendation and managed our reservations for mud bath and restaurants.

1 . The housekeeping team should give some attention to the balcony. 2. The replenishment of the bathroom essential. The housekeeping team forgot to replenish the salt bath packet. 3. The bed is too soft.
