Great property on the beach. Very quiet and restful. Easy walkout from the unit to be directly on the beach. Bed and furniture were very comfortable.
An older property that shows some age with the infrastructure. It also is not within walking distance to restaurants or stores. That said, it is just a short drive to everything that 30A has to offer.

The location is great - it's right on the beach. I loved the slider door leading out to the patio area, and then straight to the beach.
I strongly encourage the owners to have chairs and an umbrella available to use at the beach. We paid quite a bit each night to stay there, only to have to pay about $75+/day (w/tax and tip) to rent an umbrella/chairs/table for the 2 of us. That was quite expensive. The unit could have been cleaned better as well. When we arrived, the floor did not look like it had been cleaned before our arrival, and maybe just partially swept.
