The location
There was no electricity when we arrived and we couldn’t get in touch with anyone, even the emergency number wasn’t answered. Only knew there was a power cut in the area from our neighbours. Someone did answer in the morning. Electricity was on when we came back from our day out. Not a great start.

balcony with view
lots of firewood.
adult beds were very comfortable.
kitchen was well stocked. bathrooms worked well.
clean
we were not alerted to the # steps til after the cabin was booked. ( possibly I didn’t see # of steps info, but it should have been more prominent in the beginning introduction information). (my husband has knee issues. )
couldn’t find a wine bottle corkscrew.
the sleeper couch was ok for little kids, but very soft and uncomfortable for anyone else.
too many splinters on outside hand rails. two of us got splinters. two of the wooden stairs were wobbly.
we had six in our party and only 4 kitchen chairs. we had to use outside chairs and they were not quite the right size.

the view and location
the address was incorrect, we had to wait for 1 and 30 minutes to get assistance with our situation.
