Beachfront Studio with a unique sea view balcony, it is located in Kiveri village just few kilometers away from Nafplio, Mycenae, Epidaurus and the most archeological sites in Argolis.
Studio apartment is one large room 30 sqm .
Studio apartment can accommodate 2 adults plus a baby.
Apartment has unique sea view balcony in Argolis gulf like in photos.
Studio apartments consist of a large double bed, kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Front of the apartment there is a stony private peaceful beach, only few steps away, enjoying your swimming each time. Furthermore the view from the balcony will strike you, especially the sunrise.
Apartment is located in a quiet place at the edge of Kiveri village and everything you need is located very close by foot.
Taverns, restaurants, bakery and, minimarkets are within walking distance along a walkway which winds along the attractive rocky beach.
Kiveri village is a small fishing village to the sea side of the historical Argolis’s gulf. From there the most famous areas of ancient Epidaurus (45km), Mycenae (20km), Nafplio (12km), ancient Tyrins (12km), Argos (12km) Tolo (20km), ancient Nemea (27km), Korinthos (59km) and ancient Olympia (160km) area easily accessible by car. Athens is only 150km far away by car. In winter if you love skiing or snowboarding Kalavyta (125km) is the best place to visit.
Bus station is only 500m from the apartments. There are routes for Argos all the day making the accessibility at the village easy.

Well situated small apartment with balcony overlooking sea. Easy walk along sea front into the village for shops and restaurants. Quiet at this time of year (November).

Wonderful stay in a very pleasant appartment, nice and quiet location with a beautiful view on the sea and mountains. Very friendly and hospitable people.
Only point of criticism is a disco on the orher side of the sea the whole night on Friday and in the weekend.

We had a wonderfull stay in the waterfront appartment and enjoyed also Kiveri, the little charming village with perfect bathing possibilities. The water is fantastic. We traded in the fantastic bakery og the other shops. You must also visit Naflio!We enjoyed our waterfront terrace very much. We think, that better view would not be found. It was our second stay ang we come back.
