A fantastic breakfast, lots of interesting people to meet over breakfast, friendly staff and a house full of surprises. We have been on a 2 month journey around the world and have not seen anything like this - ever!
In addition the location to bus and underground was perfect, and centrally located to shops and restaurants. Check out the nearest, Fiore Caffe, 40 meters down the road.

The house and decor were amazingly beautiful! The location was close to everything. We walk to eat, shopping, and meeting up with our granddaughter ❤️. It was easy to get transportation to and from. Sheila took time to welcome us and shared the story of the house. She was very personable. Thank you Sheila!

The breakfast was good, with a lot of options to choose from. Although we arrived late in the evening, accessing our room was easy and straightforward. The welcome the following morning at breakfast was very warm and sincere. The closest BART station was about 7 minutes walk away. The garden was beautiful and if we had had the time, it would have been nice to sit out there and relax.
The room was not serviced during our stay (3 nights) which we were surprised at, given the cost of the room (almost £580). The details given when booking the room stated that there were coffee machines in each room, but this was not the case. We only found out the morning after we arrived that the kitchen was available 24/7 for drinks.
