FABULOUS APARTMENT 2 MINUTES FROM THE BEACH AND THE SEAFRONT PROMENADE OF BLANES, PERFECT FOR FAMILIES. FREE WI-FI.
· Two-bedroom apartment, with capacity for up to 4 people, located just 2 minutes walking from the beach and the seafront promenade of S'Abanell de Blanes and 5 minutes from the town centre.
· New apartment and 5-star decoration.

· All the necessary amenities to enjoy a perfect stay.
· Balcony with garden furniture for outdoor dining.

- Bedroom 1: large double bed (150x200cm)
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x200cm).
Both bedrooms have silent ceiling fans, for the hottest days of summer.

· Public transport: five minutes from Blanes bus station with connection to Barcelona and Girona-Costa Brava airports.

The access to the apartment is adapted for people with reduced mobility. Interior doors 90 cm.

Persons on the property:
· The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of persons in the booking and there cannot be more persons staying/visiting at the same time on the property.
CHECK-IN:
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.
. The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

. Option of key delivery at the accommodation with an additional cost of 20 euros to be paid at the time of key handover. This service must be requested in advance.

. Option to collect the keys from a safety box in the town of Pineda de Mar at no cost. This service must be requested in advance and will be confirmed according to the availability of the small boxes.
Late arrival:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Out of hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.
· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.
- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.
· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1.75€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.
. Deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.
Cleaning:
. The accommodation must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be charged on-site by the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.
· Pets are not allowed.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.
. No beach towels are provided.

Three people including myself stayed at this place for 3 nights. Check-in process was very easy and extremely professional, providing us with useful documentation and local recommendations as well. On the last day we checked out half an hour late but our host was very friendly nonetheless and did not charge us any extra.

The location of the apartment was very central. The supermarket and beach, for example, were very nearby. The apartment was also very clean and organized. Everything that we needed was there.
