La ubicación y la orientación del apartamento.
La dotación de la cocina del apartamento me parece un poco escasa, la nevera mejorable.La opción de sábanas y toallas me parece adecuada pagarla aparte pero la calidad es muy mejorable. Las toallas estaban muy gastadas y las sábanas deterioradas aunque no pusieron pegas en cambiar la funda de almohada rota. Había una lámpara de mesilla rota y faltaba otra en la segunda habitación.

Тихо, комфортно та спокійно, але під вікнами кемпінг в якому поселилися дуже шумні люди.
Треба доробити дрібні недоліки. Таки як злів залишкового тиску з бойлера до каналізації
