Front office staff were all pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
Did see a homeless? woman try to enter the elevator to go upstairs with us. I know they have to live somewhere but it was somewhat alarming.

Location to Busch Gardens. Good gym.
Customer service - we were charged for our stay on check in even though I had a receipt from Booking.com to say I’d paid. Queried with 2 members of staff and promised an email but a week later and they’ve made no contact. Trainers stoked from car while having breakfast - asked for cctv to be checked, again, no follow up, nor did the lady on reception seem surprised!
