    Everything in the room was okay it was amazing I loved it but only thing is we didn't have hot water someone turned it off that was only thing that was wrong other than that it was amazing and I loved it

    First off, the staff at the hotel were all wonderful, accommodating, and generally amazing! Loved interacting with them and their obvious competence and friendliness. My issues with this hotel are: 1. Polyester sheets. Woke up 4 times during the night soaked in sweat. I have been here 3 years ago and don’t remember having this issue so I’m thinking this is cost-cutting. It’s awful. Ruins an otherwise excellent hotel experience. 2. This is temporary and not the hotel’s fault but large scale construction right across the street went on throughout the night loudly. To the hotel’s credit, they offered ear plugs. But the point is that at this time (July 2026) the location of the hotel is not convenient for a good nights sleep.

    Booked here, with my son, for a visit to Moffitt Cancer Center. The best thing are the front desk staff, who are all cheerful, friendly and helpful. While the rooms are large and of contemporary design, they could be cleaner. Hairs on flower floor on arrival, empty shower gel, and dust covered refrigerator. One thing to note, is there is no daily room cleaning. So despite being there for 3 days/2 nights, our room was never touched by housekeeping. As this is a Hilton brand at a very premium price, I'd expect some daily housekeeping, even if minimal. The breakfast is disappointing. Hampton Inn does a much better breakfast, and they are a more budget brand. If we need to again stay near Moffitt/USF, we'll pick a different property. The Holiday Inn next door, looks newer, and perhaps better.
