Mediocre at best.

Location to the beach was excellent.

A lot smaller than expected. 10 minutes after we arrived, maintenance knocked on our door to fix a leak in the bathroom. Dresser drawers were practically unusable and a couple were broken. Had issue with refrigerator keeping cold. Two days after being there they had to shut the water off to fix a back-flow issue. After water was restored the pressure was so low for two days that the toilets wouldn’t fill. Apparently “lighting” had hit one of the boosters. The elevators are sketchy. Every time we entered one we would bet on whether the doors would actually open or not. Unless we were carrying a bunch of stuff down, we just took the stairs. And the “fitness center” was small and lacking. Plenty of cardio equipment, but you can do cardio outside. It needs more options for weights. But at least the location in proximity to the beach was great.

Disappointing

the location, pool

It’s pretty outdated. The pull out couch is so thin and uncomfortable, there were many spots on the walls and ceilings that need attention. Condo had a weird musty smell upon arrival.

We had a wonderful vacation with plenty of space for our family with close proximity for a beautiful beach!

The space was perfect for our family of 6. I loved how close the beach was, how clean and beautiful the beach was, and the provision of chairs and umbrellas on the beach.

The shower door was broken, a few outlet covers were broken, the dryer start knob was broken, and there were other peoples clothes in a drawer which always makes me question how well it was cleaned before us. Our condo was through Real Joy it wasn’t quite as updated or modern as some our friends who stayed at Sea Oats but booked with different companies, but that wasn’t a deal breaker because the amount of space was perfect for us. The code to the fitness center was incorrect and the fitness center was pretty minimal and had no towels or bleach wipes. We also did not receive the codes to the hot-tub or bathrooms.

Good

The location of the condo and how big it was and that there was a pool. And also how many bath towels there was. I have a family of 6 and we all used one each shower and still had plenty leftover. Couldn’t hear outside sounds.

It had mold in both bathrooms. No tv in 2 rooms, I have kids so that help entertains them at night when we’re not at the beach. And it didn’t feel “homie” very plain and basic. Beds were pretty uncomfortable. And no ceiling fans, you want the unit to stay above 70, but nothing to help circulate the air to help it stay cool.

White curtains allowed to much light in at night while trying to sleep. Elevator wasn't working properly so had to climb 7 flights daily.
