Communication between the cleaning crew and office was poor. Was on site before check in. Asked for earlier access. Was told that inspection of cleaning was not completed yet. While waiting with full view of the room, never saw anyone access the condo.i understand processes are in place, but not enjoying being given incorrect information.
The operation of the tvs, its not push power and its on. I spent alot of time dealing with the remotes to get 2 different tvs to operate correctly.
2nd the 3rd bedroom entry door is not properly working, hadvto force push open the door when closed.
Worst was the toilets, they are not properly sealed, causing running approximately every 10-15 minutes. Was woke up often by this, contacted the management. Sent maintenance. Was told by maintenance that this is normal how these toilets work. Uh. No. No toilet is designed to function this way.
So. Got information from nearby faculties to make future accommodations elsewhere
