About this apartment rental
Built in the early 20th century, Villa Gloria is an elegant, charming residence surrounded by a large landscaped garden. It is located in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood of Verona, just a 20-minute walk from the historic center and a short walk from the Borgo Trento Hospital (Polo Confortini). The area is well-served: bus stops, supermarkets, a tobacco shop, a bakery, and an indoor/outdoor swimming pool in the summer are all easily accessible on foot.
The apartment (CIN IT023091C27MD8P5VG), located on the second floor of the villa (no elevator), has been designed to offer comfort, functionality, and relaxation.
Cozy and well-laid-out spaces:
- 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with twin or triple beds)
- 2 bathrooms (one fully equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and shower, one with a shower stall)
- sitting area with a sofa
- spacious dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, espresso machine, dishwasher, etc.)
- a large, beautiful terrace overlooking the garden with a table, chairs, and a beach umbrella, ideal for outdoor breakfasts or relaxing at sunset.

I do not live in the villa, so please let me know your arrival time so I can hand you the keys and provide some useful information. At check-in, you’ll need to present your ID for registration and pay the tourist tax in cash (€3.50 per person per night, max 4 nights. Children under 15 are exempt. Discounts are available for guests over 70 and for young people aged 15–25).

We liked everything about our stay. We like to walk so the location was fine for us. Gloria was a great host and helped us with anything we needed, directions, taxis, restaurants, buses…. Laundry was very accessible and the apartment was very clean. A lovely deck to sit out on as well

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Gloria was truly amazing—so attentive to every detail and incredibly responsive. She always answered right away and took the time to share helpful tips about Verona and even traveling to Venice, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The house itself is beautiful, cozy, and perfectly maintained, and the location is fantastic. We felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this Vrbo and especially Gloria for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment.
The environment is very quiet although you can reach the next bus stop within 5 minutes.
