The hotel is in a perfect location. We parked in the parking garage across the street and never had to move our vehicle the entire stay. We walked and rode the ferry whenever we needed to get anywhere. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping and exploring/sightseeing. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. This was a great overall stay.
They only had valet and of course that's expensive, but we found parking in a garage close by that was cheaper and still safe.

Location
Not what we were expecting. Needs some updates. Staff upon entering the facilities was not the best or even polite. There was a person in front of us that was finishing up and the staff member just told her she was done with her and she asked what we needed in a rude demeanor. No one was out for valet parking. When I asked what we need to do, she told us we needed to talk to the people outside. She was very inpatient.
