Location
The overwhelming smell of marijuana all throughout the first floor and stairs was a bit much. There were multiple pieces of equipment or facilities that was being held up with duct tape (button for elevator, electrical boxes, etc), the king suite we were in overall was fine but the bathroom shower had not been cleaned in a while. The grimy build up that turns brownish red when not cleaned was present. A lot of dust on ledges and even lightbulbs.

The room was nice and clean. Loved how they had bottles of water and candy upon checking in.
The elevator was not working during our stay. We had to carry our bags and other items up the stairs to our room. We was not notified about this situation before our check in dates. The water pressure to the sink in the bathroom was low but it was doable. No evening reception anymore.

The breakfast was great! We loved the fire pit.
The elevator didn't work, the pool was cold, and our key cards kept deactivating.
