The Space:

This open concept studio sits behind the main cottage on the property and is reached from the rear, along the side of the house.



The main area has a queen bed with cotton linens, a wall mounted smart TV, a small table for two, and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster.



The full bathroom has a marble vanity and a tub and shower combo with a reclaimed wood look tile accent wall.



A private back porch with a daybed, bistro table, and ceiling fan is included.



The cottage in front of this studio is a separate rental and is not part of this booking.



One assigned parking spot sits directly in front of the property.



Guest Access:

Entry is by keyless smart lock on the studio's own front door. Guests reach the studio by walking around the left side of the main house to the back entrance. The front cottage and its parking spot are not included in this listing.



The Neighborhood:

Isle of Hope is a quiet, tree lined neighborhood along the water, about 15 minutes from River Street and the Historic District and about 25 minutes from Tybee Island. Wormsloe Historic Site is 5 minutes away, and the Isle of Hope Marina is a short walk.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. Ride share is readily available. One assigned parking spot is included for one vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

Starter supplies are provided for about a 3 day stay. Please keep food in the dining area and doors and windows closed, since the area is treated quarterly for bugs but some may still appear. STVR license number: pending confirmation.



Interaction with Guests:

Self check-in with a code sent through the app by 3pm on arrival day. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $50 per hour fee when available. One car only, parked in the assigned spot to the left of the property.
