Front desk was friendly upon check in.
The bathroom faucet was very loose and difficult to use. There was a door by our room that slammed every time someone used it.

tht it quiet and peaceful and good tv channels
i didn’t like I had to buy dishes and rags and dish dishes to a kitchenette that suppose to be provided I didn’t like how they don’t come check to see if your room need to be clean or if u need more provide items they serves as towels I wish the kitchen and bed and bthrm was bigger cuz tht wat I look for when I book but this was something quick to book after the airport as if u not there before 7 when leave the airport don’t book the hotel u be sleep in the hallway so be going to hawthorn which I went to anyway

It was okay. People staying there were friendly.
Room was not properly cleaned and never had clean towels and wash clothes, staff not always available, laundry was not finished until 24 hrs later.
