The hosts were nice and helpful, the room was clean and renovated. It was easy to park and there is free laundry.
The heat was not working properly it was either not working or working too much. I woke up with the room at 80 degrees at 4AM and had to unplug the system.

The location was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable.
The bathroom did not have any wash cloths. I did not receive the room I booked as it was overbooked. My room was too hot and I was unable to adjust the thermostat.

The room itself was nice - comfy bed, nice shower, noise was relatively low.
They only gave us one key card for two people - and then only one entrance was accessible, which REQUIRED a key card to enter.
The site said that the pet fee was $25 per pet, but once we got there they said it was $75 per pet.
There was no one at the desk, including no way to contact someone, for ten minutes during checkout.
The neighborhood was pretty rough.
