Fast response. Big room.
The carpet in the room was not very clean. Breakfast.

Location was good, I felt safe. The staffs were friendly, the room was spacious and clean.
Not enough water pressure, bathroom is outdated. The breakfast was disappointing, we skipped it the next day. The pool was a bit small.

No safe in room. Very concerned about this as felt we had to carry documents around with us.
Room temperature not easy to control. Weather was very cold during our stay and it wasn’t easy to get the room temperature comfortable.

Comfortable place to stay, very friendly staff.
Dangerous elevators. Closed frequently on guests, including me. Injured an elderly couple who weren't capable of pushing back the door. No general use stairwell, all alarmed for emergencies. One elevator totally ceased opening its doors, causing congestion.
