No heat, very cold. Said they fixed it but did not. Finally 2nd day they moved us. Needs a fix up too.
Heat not working and freezing temps outside. Some staff nice but some didn’t care. Have to ask for shower cap etc at desk - buy desk doesn’t offer so you are ready to shower when you discover no shower cap.
