The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was hot and the area was clean.
The pigeons make a lot of noise during the morning and night on the window seals. Possibly consider better plastic utensils and a little more selection for breakfast. Both mornings, we had to tell the staff to replenish the biscuit container.

Easy to find, great parking, safe and clean part of town, not high traffic area like on the south loop. Very nice room and comfortable bed. Good breakfast. I'm a solo woman traveler.
It is minor but it looks like they were needing to upgrade the showers and it looked like it had age on it. Water was warm but not super hot. Again, a just a very minor thing.

the housekeeping staff were very very nice .. friendly. room was fine but outdated. breakfast was tasty!! for one night only the price was good so i am glad for that!!
front desk was not helpful nor friendly. wasnt even greeted at entry - I didnt bring some hygiene products as most hotels now have them--- lotion . sheets were rough and scratchy. elevators very very slow. couldnt find the stairs.
