Location was really good, since we were in town for our sibling's graduation. The room was really nice and spacious, comfy and clean. It would've been great if it were not for the terrible customer service.
Since the start the check-in was so off. The lady in reception didn't know what she was doing, our internet never worked for our entire stay and nobody seemed to care. The manager was completely indifferent towards our lack of internet (note that we are foreigns and internet was really important for us). At one point we didn't even have toilet paper in our room since, we didn't get a cleaning service for our entire stay! But if we complained clearly it wouldn't make a difference. Apparently they charged us way more for the security deposit, and when I was investigating they told me that my "email" was something on the lines of redneck something, super out of place ??? like clearly the lady didn't care at all and instead she put whatever. Overall terrible customer service, feeling unwelcome the entire time and never staying there again.
