Ashmore Inn and Suites Lubbock

The last room we booked had electrical problems the person in charge would not give us another room even though I have to have my insulin refrigerated and the meat I had bought I had to throw it away becausethe fridge was not working and the manager didn't do anything about it he is trying to wash his hands and blame us for the hotel room issues and he was mad that we used a towel to clean up rid red soda and the cleaning staff don't do there jobs and they don't take dirty towels from the rooms they expect us to take the towels to them or just put them by the door but even at that the towels are by the door for days because they don't even take them and then they get mad because the towels are wet and just piled up day after day and the manager gets mad if we ask them for towels everyday like if he doesn't want people to use the towels and they don't go in to the room and clean the room or put clean towels or toilet paper they want you to go look for them and they give you 1 roll of tp and 2 towels They staff doesn't even know how to make the gravy for breakfast it's all salty and thick the paddle gets stuck in the gravy and the lid to the warmer is broken they don't cover the eggs and potatoes and sausage and biscuits the lady that runs the front desk she runs the kitchen some days and she doesn't even use gloves she grabs the food with her bare hands and doesn't wash her hands even after her hands are on all the food

My grandkids and I had a wonderful stay. We personally had 0 issues and would definitely come back!

While waiting for it new home we made this home and loved all of it.with the exception of one over night person this place is amazing breakfast and all is amazing

All the staff has an attitude and they don't dare how they treat him the management is only worried about getting money not about the people booking rooms or their needs
