The hot tub, grill and small outdoor space were wonderful
The bathroom and shower are extremely tiny with virtually no storage. Not a huge issue if you’re staying a night or two, but not ideal when you’re there for a week.

The location. The deer. The quite peaceful ✌️
The TV had no reception. Show would come on for a minute then shut off for 5 minutes. Never got to hear about central Texas flooding.

Location is close to downtown.
Kitchen was not well stocked - not enough cutlery, no oven mitts, utensils. Some bowls / glasses were cracked.
Pans were gross. No numbers on the temperature dial for the oven. No shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. Floors dirty on arrival.
