Nothing.

The bathroom floor and shower was filthy. The floor in the bedroom was filthy. The bed was hard as a rock. My Wife wouldn't even use the shower because the floor was disgusting.

Staff was distracted on personal phone told me to wait while they finished whatever they weee doing on personal phone

Sometimes the cards would only work half the time on the outside doors

Basic and enough to start the day going to next site seeing city.

The size of the room was great, the balcony was cool! Great bed.

No elevators. Hot tub got TOO hot.

We selected this hotel because it had a swimming pocl. When we arrived the pool was not working. All of the breakfast items were not out at six a m when breakfast was supposed to begin so we ran out to grab something. When we returned, the rest of the items were available..

Non working pool. We feel the price was a little high for the room without without the use of a pool.

Able to get a room right away!

The cleanliness of the room! The bed smelled and the TV wouldn't stay on! We called the front desk and she moved us to a different room! Thank goodness this bed smelled a little cleaner!

Stayed here twice for softball tournaments in that area. Nice pool. The service was great!

The room smelled like smoke

Comfy bed. Good selection of TV channels and TUB‼️

It needed serious cleaning attention. Seats in breakfast area were so stained that I didn’t want to use them. Build-up of filth in the corners of hall and room. I had to clean the area of drain which didn’t have a stopper!

Breakfast was decent

Housekeeping stood in the small dining area ,with a broom taking up space most of the time.

I liked that they were a pet friendly hotel. I also liked that woman who checked us in, she was very friendly.

I can’t find anything to complain about.

We have been on a road trip and have a few places for comparison. Lovely view clean floors, no dirty carpets like many of the same class.

Stain on curtains “Is that blood?” Breakfast a bit mean compared to other Bayhams and La Quintas. Question if child labour laws are being broken and if the South Asian Employees are being paid legal wages this is true of most of the places we stayed on the trip I would ask the same question.

Staff friendly room was clean bed was very comfortable and they're environmental conscience

Wish the breakfast had additional hot food not just waffles(they were good) The exercise room wasn't available during our stay

The hidabed in the couch was broken, missing springs in the entire bottom, rendering it unusable, and had blood stains. Corners of the room were full of cobwebs. The tub and sink wouldn't drain unless you're holding the drain switch down and then only drained slowly. Floors were obviously not cleaned, with random debris found behind most stands.

The waffles were good. The location was easy find. The bed was comfortable.

The fitness center was locked and I couldn't use it. The setup of the room wasn't too good(needs two night stands when you have two beds). Only had had one wash cloth with a two bed room?? The coffee wasn't hot. The room has a switch in the entryway but it didn't turn on any light. I had to walk over to the lamp in the dark.

TV was not working. Several of the electrical outlets were not functional and none were convenient.

Not the biggest rooms or most comfortable pillows.

Cost was low and close to highway.

I was double charged for my room. Once when I booked online and once again when I checked out. They say I will be re-credited the charge but it will take up to 7 days. I had to change my own battery in the fire alarm, the staff there did not know how to do it, they provided the battery but said they couldn’t do it and maintenance was not available. The alarm was beeping and were not listening to it all night. So I changed it myself. No credit or anything offered. No discounts. There was black looking dust or build up on the air conditioning unit in the room. The walls were dirty behind the night stand in between the beds. The lampshades were dusty and dirty. The sink was stained and cracked. The room had a very musty smell.

Absolutely nothing

This place was a filty mess, and booking.com should be embarrassed to even put this on their website. Looks like someone bled all over the chair as they were screwing and they just left that in the room. I have a video also, but it would not let me upload. Never again - we left and are in the process of retrieving a refund.

Breakfast was standard continental but no fruit.

Only 1 washcloth in the room. No handsoap at sink. Only 1 vending area in building. The exercise room was "out of order". Then received a text message at 8:00am wanting to know what time we were checking out!

Breakfast was decent. Room was pretty spacious for 1 king bed.

Room had no hair dryer. I have never been to a hotel that didn't provide one. So I did not take mine and one was not in room like expected. At check in I was told they don't take cash. When I had spoke to site day before twice and was never informed of the no cash policy. The pool was freezing for an indoor pool. There was no hot tub or Jacuzzi in pool area like most hotels with a indoor pool. My son had burnt Roman Noodles in microwave. Even in all my effort to clean the microwave out and even asking housekeeping for vinegar to get the smell out. Housekeeping and front desk was notified but my daughter that used her card to rent room was charged for smoking cigarettes in room. No one smoked cigarettes in that room! I tried to make sure they knew about the microwave situation by telling the front desk and a housekeeper.

It was absolutely fine.

There could perhaps have been some fruit.

The beds were comfortable

The hallway and rooms smelled bad. We stayed two nights and our room was never cleaned. Even after we called the front desk 3x’s asking to get the room cleaned it never was. Not at all terrible but to point out, they charged us $20 extra per night for our dog.

Clean room. Super comfy bed and pillows. Room recently updated.

Dining area was under remodel. Some stuff not working.

There was know attending to let us in our room wait for 35 minutes so we left and drive the whole way home

lady at the reception was welcoming and kind.

There is no breakfast. Hotel is under maintenance and there was smell all over the hotel. Booking.com didnot update the website about the breakfast and made us pay full and hotel management simply said sorry.

The room itself was clean and nice. The staff were exceptional!

Cannot find it without GPS. When reserving the room we didn't know it was under renovation and the halls were torn up.

The bed was ridiculously comfortable. My wife layed down and within minutes was sleeping. I layed down and it was very comfortable. The pillows were great too. Not huge balls of suffocating cotton. Just normal nice rectangular soft pillows.

The curtain to the parking lot. The central curtain was sheer and could be seen right through. We tried to pull the heavy curtains in from the edges but they were held in place. It was just edge curtains. They would not slide in so people in the parking lot could see right into our room.

The staff member was friendly

It was under renovations and it was unsafe. The renovations were not good ones. The room was not nice.
