I had the pleasure of staying here while on our commute back home from our spring break excursion. The hotel is located right off the highway with a plethora of restaurants within walking distance. Our room was extremely clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. A minor snafu with our refrigerator not working but we were quickly moved to a new room. Breakfast was also delicious with egg and cheese omelets, sausage links, and biscuits and gravy. Staff was polite and professional as well. Excellent value for the money. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

I have videos of the whirlpool tub in the bathroom having mold/dirt/grime in the jets as well as the water not being hot, nor it holding the water for a bath.

I’ve been a loyal member for many, many years. So loyal that 2024, my family and I have stayed here a total of 27 times, not counting 9/28-9/29/24. However, one person can literally ruin my whole outlook on this facility!!!!!! The chaotic nature of 9/28 was absurd. It started off with having to change rooms that we had been in for 4 days bc of a mistake I made online. My little family (9) and (6) have stayed over 50 times due to living an hour a way as well as health complications. Currently, I’m on day 13 of battling Lyme disease and have been staying here for 5 days to be closer to medical facilities and PICC line treatment. The staff is usually amazing!!!! Including; Ausha, Amber, Carrie and Amy not mentioning the amazing housekeeping staff! It just goes to show that 1 single person can ruin your whole outlook on a place that has been a huge part of our lives. My kids have had every bday party here, they were taught how to swim here, my gma lived here when she was the main housekeeper and many more memories!! With that being said, I will never be back after last night. Amanda-front desk associate would not assist my family with towels as she was busy on the phone for over 30 mins. Then, my little boy spilled popcorn in the room and I wanted to make sure to clean it up bc I always have gathered all trash in the room, the linens, and stripped bed clothes. I asked if I could use the sweeper and she informed me that nobody gets to use it but them. I explained to her why. Then my daughter came to the desk (we were 4 doors from the desk) mind you; she yelled at my daughter for roaming the halls. She was only asking for towels that we never got (bc I asked her to) with my head out of the door watching her. So I went down and confronted her. Instead of being a professional associate she warned me of how I was putting my children’s safety in danger and continued to argue with me about her own opinions and beliefs!!!
