The location and the view
The room needs some maintenance and a deep housekeeping clean.
There was a hole in the wall of the master bedroom, the toilet seat was loose, and so was the kitchen faucet. The ceiling lamp in the dining room was full of dust. The patio furniture and track are in very bad condition.
I didn’t complain because the room is beautiful and the view is amazing. If it had been cleaner, I would have given it a 10.
Also, the manager never informed me when the room was ready — I had to ask, and there was no follow-up during my stay.

The property was clean
The elevator button to go down doesn’t work. I had to push the up arrow to go up just to come down
