The FOB for the elevator didnt work, I had to ask in the front desk for access to our floor every time.

The property was in a great location for both downtown and the business district. On the surface the apartment was great but soon had a few issues which caused problems. The pool and spa area is lovely.
We had 1 fob between 4 to operate the lift. This caused problems and inconvenience everyday as needed to return to reception and verify our identity to get a lift to either the apartment or the pool. We spent a considerable amount of time queuing. We arrived to a broken coffee table, curtains hanging off and no coffee pot ( which I thought was basic). Note! The valet parking is $50 per day and not the advertised $34.
