Location and the views from the unit
Condo is tired and in need of repair to vents and serious touchups on painting. It really detracts from what could be a lovely unit. The lobby elevator area is a mess but nothing you can do about that construction.

LOCATION AND SPA! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to many restaurants, shops, and sightseeing.
The view from the balcony is breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. We used the spa and gym almost every day.
DISLIKES: The apartment is somewhat dated. It could definitely use some new furniture, and better kitchen and cooking pans and utilities. We enjoy cooking at home, so it's important to us.

The location grows on you, great for walking around.
We were not informed before hand that the pool was closed during the week. Luckily there were other ways to occupy the kids.

I enjoyed the location, and the view of the condo.This is the heart of Miami....
I didn't like that I paid valet parking. I spent more then $150.00
