What breakfast with all the roaches I wouldn't eat crap from this place

Roaches in room.it smells really bad. The linens haven't been washed or changed in months. Room had no smoke detectors in it. The front door had a Crack the size of the San Andres fault. You could see outside. I took the chairs and put in front of the door. And slept with my gun cocked and loaded. I think booking.com needs to take them off there site.

Bed hard as a rock, room was not clean. Real outdated. Bed was so worn out you could hear the mattress making loud spring noises with the smallest movement.

Terrible experience with bed bugs!!! Bites all over body. Mgmt didn't believe me.

Location was ok in general area I like to stay in when passing thru.

My bed had bed bugs I would later realize as I began to wake up and scratch myself throughout the night. At one point I got up around 2 a.m. and looked in mirror and saw red splotches all over my body. Upon checkout I let a male room attendant know what happened as I didnt go to front desk and directly left from my room. I also let the pest control guy know who was walking past my room with a sprayer. Male attendant assured me he would let mgmt know about it and apologized a couple times. I mentioned I saw an actual bug in the bed. I promptly washed everything because I had my own blankets I travel with and checked into another hotel nearby. Unfortunately the bugs had attached themselves to something else of mine and I saw a couple of them in my new hotel room and they continued to bite me. I was able to finally get rid of the couple of them that I saw flying around the room but decided to return to the original hotel and report it to front desk. The manager on duty Vena said she was "pissed off" and didn't believe me. I showed her the bites and she said they looked new. I explained that it had only been a day before and the marks were still red and some were new bcs the bugs had gotten into my luggage or attached themselves to other items I had that hadn't been washed. I asked for owner's name and she refuses to give it to me. She was yelling at me and asked me to leave even though I was polite and respectful in the beginning. I asked for a refund and she flat out refused saying she didn't believe me and insisted the room had no bed bugs despite me telling her I actually saw a teeny one crawling in my bed. I The male room attendant I had reported it to came into the lobby and I asked him to verify I reported it to him and he wouldn't answer. He just looked at me with a blank face and looked uncomfortable and quickly walked away. I had stayed there before with no bad incidents but this time was shockingly different.

It was so dirty there was blood on walls and vomit in bathtub. Blankets had burn holes and rips. Floor was never swept and things never wiped down. I asked to swap rooms he told me no because it was booked through 3rd party.

Big space

Rude and boastful manager. He claims he doesn’t need to work there as he has a liquor business. I don’t think people like to work for him as there was no staff around. Perhaps, that is why they do not offer free breakfast unlike other Econolodge hotels. Among all Econolodge and other hotels we have stayed, this is the rudest manager/personnel we have encountered.

Breakfast was scant. The manager was nice.

The place was filthy! Bed was ok, hard as a rock. windows were smeared, mirror was smeared, bathroom was disgusting with filth on the walls and slow leak behind the toilet. I spilled some water when I wiped it up the towel was black! We wiped down everything with alcohol wipes. We left the place cleaner then we found it.

• Lady at the front desk was rude and had a condescending tone during check-in. • Room was unclean and smelled strongly of stale cigarettes, despite being titled as "Non-Smoking". • Sheets hadn't been changed. • Spotted cigarette burns on the sink, bathtub, and comforters; along with holes in the walls and lamp shades. • There was a baby roach in our room.

It was very clean and a good location

Let me just say it was as expected, great price for a place to crash! Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and we were also connected to another room by a door in the room so if anyone it’s getting busy next door, you are going to hear EVERYTHING. So I hope you can sleep through a tsunami. Otherwise, room was as expected.
