    For the price they charge to stay here, you’d think it was a luxury hotel and it’s FAR from that. Starting with poor customer service as I had already paid for my room on Agoda and then got charged for the room again at *** for the night. I was able to get the charge reversed, but that’s never happened to me before. The room was on par with Hampton Inn or Holiday Express. Dated, paint peeling, micro- bathroom - couldn’t open or close the door if you were on the toilet. Water backed up in the shower and extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work. I can’t believe people pay full price for this hotel. Only one of three elevators worked. I will not ever be staying at a Hilton again. Oh, and $35 to self park. Thanks Hilton.
