Great value for the money. A little older than some of their neighbors, but for the price it is definitely worth it. No breakfast, but coffee available in the morning and a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Location is great, but use your GPS to avoid 171/Cleburne Hwy during rush hour. Take BB Fielder Rd to Fuller Rd to get into the neighborhood from the back side.

the room was clean and cheap for 2 nights.
I was disappointed with the room I got mostly because it did not have a coffee pot in my room and no ironing board or iron to iron a shirt plus I was gonna be charged extra for a request I had made days before I was to arrive which I have never been charged for a request before. I will probably not stay at another Motel 6 again.
