As a traveler, the hotel you stay at is your home. The staff make a difference and this is the one of the strong points of this hotel. The front office manager (Liane) is very helpful. The front staff (Heather, Lana and associates) are gems. Shannon in the breakfast area greets you with a super warm smile (will warm even the grayest day) in the morning and keeps all the breakfast items topped up and ready for the guests.
Lots of entertainment on the TV to keep you from being bored. Easy parking and close to the I20.
Cookies in the lobby :) Parking felt safe.

A warm welcome is the beginning of a great stay. Upon entering the hotel, i was greeted warmly by the front staff and had a can-do attitude. All the front staff were quite friendly, especially the young lady by the name of Heather. A swift check in and a friendly smile. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. There is a nice working desk and a large TV. Easy parking and access to the highway.
Nice cookies and fruit punch in the lobby!
I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay Joshua was one of the most polite, thoughtful friendly staff members, all staff genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. Breakfast was excellent, a nice variety each day. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved the sausage links, sausage gravy and biscuits!! Liked the clean shower and plush white towels! Liked the high ceilings !
The air conditioner was very noisy, and didn't cool the room.
