We loved the firm beds and proximity to all the action on 2nd Street and 3 blocks from the beach.
Need dimmer on living room lights and darkening shades in the kitchen to keep the heat down (we Santa Susannas during our stay)

The place was comfortable, clean and in walking distance to shopping, food, entertainment and the beach.
Just was a little hard adjusting water temperature in shower.

The property was about 7 houses down from 2nd street, 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the bay. We could walk everywhere.
Even though we ate out every night, the property was fully stocked with everything you need to make a meal. The apartment was clean and we loved sitting in the courtyard playing board games.
We did have a problem with the water in the shower turning cold after a few minutes. Called the owner and that day he sent out a plumber.
