This comfortable house hosts 2 bedrooms, 1 recently remodeled bathroom, large wood burning fireplace, private deck in back and a patio in front. Washer and dryer is also available for your laundry needs.

The property was exactly as described and more! Perfect location on quiet street just 2 blocks from the beach. Shops and good spots to eat in walking distance. The house was well-laid out for 800 sq ft. Patios out front and back makes the space even larger. Well-appointed kitchen and great shower! Will definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at the house! The property was beautifully furnished and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed — including beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas! You can tell a lot of thought went into making it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the beach and a short walk to all the great shops and restaurants on 2nd Street. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a perfect beach getaway.

If you love charming, quiet, walkable Belmont Shores you will love this cottage! We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and to dozens of pubs and restaurants. We really liked walking thru the neighborhood to see Christmas lights. The weather prevented us from enjoying the outside, but we hope to come back when the weather is better.

Just the right size for two people. Need, clean, lots of tv options, games and books. Fully equipped kitchen, and laundry. We did not use the front patio as it was too warm. The back patio off of one bedroom was really cute but definitely could have benefited from a good cleaning.for real loungability. The host was available by phone and very accommodating. We would definitely choose this place again.

What an absolute gem of a property! Perfect location to walk and explore the beaches or the shops. Quiet area with a ton of really great food options! The house was perfect for my wife and I and Greg was very easy to work with and accommodating to our changing schedule. I can’t recommend this property enough. Loved my 2 weeks here. A block from the beach with its paved walking/running and biking paths, and a block in the other direction to bustling 2nd St. with restaurants, bakeries! and coffee offerings. No AC but in early August I didn't miss it, with the cool sea breezes and lots of ceiling fans. Very well appointed, I can't think of a single negative.

Greg, thank you for sharing your home with us, we had a great stay! The location is perfect! Block and a half from the beach and block and a half (opposite direction from beach) restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping, etc. Everything was walkable which was great. Enjoyed the beautiful beach with lots of sailboats and wind/kite surfing. The house included everything you could need from toiletries, first aid, beach chairs & towels, sunscreen, hairdryer and so much more. Enjoyed sipping our coffee and wine on the front patio. The little backyard oasis is cute too! Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if ever back in Long Beach!!

I loved this little house. A block and a half away from the beach, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, it was so convenient to everything Long Beach related. I rented the house in my old neighborhood. One brother stayed 2 days. Other brother stayed 2days. Friend stayed 2 days . We ate take out and snacks...watched movies ,rode bikes and walked into town many times. The shower was great and the porches. Thanks

This house was one of the cleanest and definitely the most well-stocked that I've ever rented. Many above-and-beyond supplies were provided (and greatly appreciated), ranging from bottled water and coffee pods, to dish and laundry detergent. Communication with Greg was easy. We especially enjoyed coffee in the morning on the front patio. Multiple beaches, along with many restaurants and shops are just a short walk away.

This is definitely a new favorite out of the short term rentals for me. Very peaceful neighborhood. Equally quick walk to the beach and restaurants/shops on 2nd street. Belmont Shore is a cute area. Even enjoyed the Spanish style architecture and pretty front yards of the neighborhood homes. Host was wonderful, and cottage was well stocked, very comfortable beds and seating. Although the shower was awesome, the hot water seemed to max out at luke warm which was kind of chilly in winter. Overall thought it was an outstanding place to stay with an excellent, generous, thoughtful host!

My husband and I loved this property. It was perfectly located. A quick walk to the running and biking path as well to several restaurants and bars. There is so much to do in this area. The accommodations were lovely. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed ( we only used one) was very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the front porch and enjoyed grilling out. Great property and would definatly return.

Nice patio and deck. Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated that the knives were sharp. The supplied bikes were another benefit for easy getting around. Comfortable place, we miss it already.
