About this house rental

Our 1,000 square foot, newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom Beach Bungalow is located only 200 yards from the ocean and 300 yards to the bay.

2nd Street, the epicenter of dining, shopping and night time entertainment, is a block away.

Easily walk to these locations or less than 5 minute drive to:
Seal Beach and its quaint main street and pier
Downtown Long Beach, with the Aquarium, Queen Mary

Or, easily drive down PCH, visit H. Beach, Bolsa Chica, and Newport Beach.
The space
Our newly remodeled beach bungalow is the perfect spot for a family to come and enjoy the beautiful Long Beach weather and beach activities.

We have 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and a 3rd bedroom with full size bunk beds which can sleep kids or adults.

Guests have access to the full house and our 2 car garage.
Other things to note
Our house is stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy the nearby beaches. We have beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, sand toys, scooter, and 2 kayaks.

If you want to cook at home, our kitchen is fully outfitted with brand new appliances and there is a propane barbecue on the backyard patio.

If you want to relax and watch telly, we have 3, all with cable.

We absolutely loved this little bungalow and its proximity to so many wonderful areas of Long Beach. We were just a few blocks from the bay and the ocean, as well as shops and places to eat. The beds were cozy and we had everything we needed for a great stay, including extra fans which helped a lot, as we’re not used to no A/C. Overall, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Or family of five stayed here and enjoyed the walkability to shops, restaurant’s and the beach. The house was fully stocked and we appreciated the beach towels, chairs and even a wagon to put everything in. Our truck did not fit into the small garage but we never had a problem finding street parking.

The property was more than we expected. The place was really nice and exceeded our expectations. We loved the location since it was close to everything we needed. The instructions sent beforehand were perfect and we had no problems accessing the property. The garage access was a huge plus and the amenities were perfect. This house is just fantastic! Location is conveniently located near Belmont shores. Close enough to ocean so you can walk, further enough away to avoid the chaos of beach goers (Saturday) and limited parking. And, so close to 2nd St which offers a very diverse and delicious choice if eateries. The house is fully stocked with everything you can imagine. The interior is a lovely coastal decor that is warm and inviting. No A/C but really only needed one day when temps were pretty high here. Definitely cools down once the sun goes down. Denise and Curt were great to communicate with as well! We hope to be back again next year!

This is one of the best rental properties we’ve ever stayed at. Very cute and charming bungalow. Nicely decorated and really well stocked with everything you could need. Cozy, clean and comfortable. We stayed with two adults, two teens and a 10 year old and we had plenty of room. The bunk room is great—the bunks are full sized and the room is adorable. The neighborhood is full of beautiful homes and it’s a two block walk in one direction to the beach, and two blocks in the other direction to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed staying here and would love to come back in the summer.

We have used Vrbo number of times recently, but this cute little property was by far our best experience. The interior is impeccable. The house is cozy, and inviting, the neighborhood is exceptional and it’s within walking distance of great restaurants and activities. Our hosts were accessible and very helpful, and we found everything we needed in the property. We are definitely coming back again!

Charming bungalow with a great location in a cool beach neighborhood. 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to 2nd street and all the restaurants and shops. Plenty of room in the home for our family of four. The garage was a life saver since street parking was hard to come by. Will definitely stay again if we're in the area.

This was our first time doing a vacation rentals. The house was well stocked with Everything we needed besides food! 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to lots of shopping/restaurants. The house was clean and very nice! We will be staying here again!

This place was great for our family with all the space and amenities we needed. Great location in Belmont Shores area in Long Beach has easy access to 2nd street and the beach. Had a lot of fun and got to ride bikes along the boardwalk thanks to the ones provided. Would definitely stay again here.

This was the best place I’ve ever rented, and I’ve rented several places over the years. The place was clean and roomy and abundantly stocked with anything you might need! From extra towels to beach gear, tissues, coffee, etc.! My daughter suffers from high anxiety and the trip was to visit with a trauma specialist. Denise allowed her to bring her emotional support dog along, even though the listing said no pets. When we arrived after a long and intense day of traveling and my daughter, who by then was overly anxious, went in, her first impression was “I love this place!” And she’s usually not so easy to please!! She loved the fact that there was so much space! It was great to see her calm down so fast! When I asked Denise where to buy something I had forgotten in the grocery, the next thing I knew, her housekeeper was by the door with what I had asked about plus whatever she thought I might need, and she refused to take money for it!! The house was right near the beach and shopping and dining were around the corner. I would go back anytime and highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Our family of 4 stayed at the house for 5 days. There is plenty of space in the house. House was super clean. House was well stocked - we really didn’t need to bring much. The hosts had wonderful welcome snacks for our arrival. When we first arrived and were driving down the back alley, I saw all the other houses with tiny garages and was a little worried about fitting our SUV into a garage, but was very pleased to see this house had a big garage that fit our SUV(Mazda CX-9). We used the beach chairs, towels, and sand toys. No air conditioning in the house, but there were ceiling fans and portable fans which kept us cool. Easy walk to the beaches. Probably the best rental property experience we have ever had!

This house is in a great location with easy access to shopping/restaurants, the beach and bay. The owners are determined to be sure you enjoy your stay providing bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, toys, beach towels, highchair, etc.... For such a small home, the layout makes it seem roomy. Well decorated and not cluttered. Excellent communication through out our stay and we will stay again.

The place was really clean and had all kinds of recreational items available in the garage for our use. The neighbors were awesome and saved us from a parking ticket while we were kayaking. Everything you would need was within walking distance.
