The location is great. The views are phenomenal. My favorite was the swings around the tiki hut! The staff was very cordial. I enjoyed the ease of accessing the beach though some pathway lighting along the stairs would help.
Vagrants and a lack of security cameras seems to be an issue. The building itself is dated. Doors do not close securely easily. The only TV available seems to be free Roku channels and the bed pillows need replacing.

One of the highlights of this property is its excellent proximity to the beach, which makes the location especially appealing compared to larger chain hotels. The hotel still maintains a charming, mom-and-pop feel that adds to its unique character. It truly creates a relaxed and inviting atmosphere—perfect for a long weekend getaway with friends.
I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, the room was in need of significant updates and maintenance. The carpet was in poor condition, the fitted sheet felt worn, and there was no stopper in the sink. Additionally, the towels were quite rough and could benefit from being replaced. The walls also appeared to need either a thorough cleaning or fresh paint.
I was especially concerned that the elevator was not working during our stay, as we were traveling with someone who had difficulty walking up four flights of stairs. This created a considerable inconvenience.
I have been staying at Bikini Beach since I was a child, and it holds a very special place in my heart. Because of that, it was truly disappointing to experience these issues, particularly since I was not placed in an updated room. I sincerely hope improvements can be made so future stays reflect the positive memories many of us have of this property.
