Welcome to your dream beach retreat! Our stunning 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo is the ideal escape for families, couples, or friends looking to soak up the sun and enjoy the breathtaking views of Panama City Beach.
Don't forget to bring your beach towels!

• Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: The spacious bedroom features a cozy King-sized bed, while the bunk beds in the hallway offer additional sleeping options for kids or friends. Plus, the sofa bed in the living area ensures everyone has a comfortable place to unwind after a day of beach adventures.
• Two Full Bathrooms: With two full baths, there's no need to wait in line! Enjoy the convenience of having ample space to freshen up, making your stay as relaxing as possible.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whether you want to whip up a quick breakfast or prepare a gourmet dinner, our kitchen has everything you need, including modern appliances, cookware, and utensils.

**. Due to internal rules and regulations at the Majestic Beach Resort, you have to be al least 25 to register as a guest. Anyone under 25 must have in-room adult supervision (Adults must be staying in unit and available at all times)
**Beach towels are not included. Please bring your own beach towels.

**Please remember you are staying in a house, not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

ATM’s are located on property in the lobby of Tower 1.
Majestic Market General Store is next to front desk, Tower 1.
Other things to note
Beach towels are not included.
Parking is available in the covered garage, the parking cost is $40 per vehicle plus processing fee, paid through a separate link after the booking is confirmed.
No daily maid service, as this is a private condominium - however for extended stays you can request room cleaning and fresh linens, fees will apply.
Luggage Carts: Please remember that luggage carts will be staged in the 3rd-floor loading and unloading area of the parking garage. Guests will need to provide a driver's license in order to sign out a luggage cart. DO NOT bring the luggage carts inside the room.
Armbands: all guests and owners must have a property i.d. armband while on Majestic property.

The pet restrictions are set by the HOA and are not based on my personal policy. Unfortunately, I am unable to make exceptions.
