It was easy to get to. Not expensive for the area.
Through no fault of the place massive road construction is noisy and dirty with making access difficult. Because of the poorly planned timing of the construction it took me an exceedingly long time to get there, causing me to cancel my plans to go to the last Key.

It is an older property, but very clean. You can get kayaks on site that's included with your stay and they have a bay right there to paddle around.

It has a fabulous common area on the water with multiple seating options. It's next door to the airport, so we were able to watch all the private planes landing. They had kayaks available to use and a great breakfast directly across the street.
Low water pressure, and our shower didn't drain. We didn't use it until our 2nd day or I'm sure it would've been fixed before we left.

Only spent one night, basically there to sleep
Did like the waterfront area and staff was super friendly and helpful
Older facility needs some updating
Beds very uncomfortable
And roosters crowed ALL night
