Nice place between islamorada and key west, near the old 7 mile bridge, nice size room.
They offered toiletries and clean towels, you could also rent many things like bike and kayaks but we didn't have the time to do it. There's a washing machine and a dryer. Nice outside area.
Just the rooms looking on the main road are a bit noisy because of traffic.

I took my son on a fishing jaunt of FL and we wanted to try the FL Keys. I struggled to find someplace nice and affordable. I booked Coconut Cay. The stay on arrival was amazing, friendly and helpful. We were told about additional amenities that I was not aware of. My son was able to use the complimentary kayak the first night! I did not realize there was a canal right behind our room. If we had a boat, we would have been able to moor it there. Perfect location with everything we needed.
I wish I had known earlier about the washing machine facilities, but I didn't ask. Other than that, everything was great. No complaints and will probably book again.

It was clean, the shower was new and the bathroom was spotless.
It was extremely close to the main highway, hence not a relaxing tranquil location. The marina was hardly that - it was a concrete channel. The description is somewhat misleading. Due to spring break it cost over $300 for a 2 star property. Elsewhere that would provide a 4-5 star experience.
