I'll never return

Spacious room and comfortable bed

Delay in checking in even though it was 4 pm and the hotel was less than 50% occupied; terrible non stop leaky shower head; TV not functioning and staff/front desk not responsive.

Overall i would not stay here again.

The staff was kind and friendly.

The room was not clean at all there was hair on the shower walls, the ceiling in the bathroom was flaking and peeling. The blanket was a down blanket and feathers or fake feathers were coming out everywhere.

The lights in the room flickered in and off all night…. there was a buzzing noise off and on all night, possibly from the laundry room. We got no sleep because of these two things There was mold in the bathroom, and not very clean

A nice hotel with no room service.

Great room and convenient location.

No room service during our stay despite several requests. The maids only spoke Spanish so it was a challenge to communicate.

Solid choice if you're in town for a few days, not so much for extended stays

The entire hotel was very clean and tidy, staff was friendly, the hotel is very spacious. The beds and blankets were very comfortable and the shower had nice pressure and the hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, and a body wash which was appreciated. TV was big and worked well. No issues with excessive noise or other guests.

There is no free breakfast, the only food options are an expensive in-hotel restaurant and a not great Denny's next door. Free coffee was not good. A bit of a minor thing, but the bathroom was very small and the door swings so close to the toilet it's a bit difficult to navigate the bathroom and I'm by no means a large person.

We had four people in our room.They tried to comp us a King size bed instead of our two Queen beds REALLY

My room was horrible odor and carpet was soaked. Asked them to check the room. They told me they checked it and I would be good. Went back to room and odor was worse and carpet still soaked.

Pay good money for a room but room sucks

Convince to highway

Put in a room that I did not reserve. Then had to switch to the correct room. TV and telephone did not work at time if check in and was told it wad down . Then yes we had rain over night and next excuse was the internet is down. So no TV at all to enjoy duen whole weekend

very disappointing

there honestly wasn’t much I liked about this hotel at all. The location was okay, one staff member was helpful

The first room we were put in was filthy, obviously not cleaned between guests. Food inside microwave, stains all over carpet & walls, the carpet was not vacuumed, folded towels were soaking wet, mold & pubic hairs in shower. The first time we contacted the front desk we were told no manager or housekeeping were on duty & nothing could be done until the morning, we were told to just stay in the dirty room. It took two more times going to the desk & complaining to finally get put in a new room. Housekeeping woke us up in the mornings even though do not disturb sign was hung on door. 4 times asking for a manager all weekend and there was never one available to talk too.

The front desk staff

Middle of summer and the pool is closed. For the $$ should have a coffee station in the morning - not just the jenky one in the room. The hotel was all around old and didn’t feel clean. Parking lot was a mess , needs resurfacing. Overall image is not even close to 4 star quality

Location and gym

Ice machine broken. Pool closed. TV remote did not work and it took greater than 24 hours to be fixed. Room was not cleaned by the staff one day. Restaurant is supposed to close at 10:00 p.m.. I arrive at 9:30 and was told I could not be served.

The hotel was updated, clean, and had a great location. Denny's was next door and so was a target for last minute things we needed. We felt safe in the location and it was right off the interstate. Would stay again if we come back. The beds were way comfortable for a firmer mattress.

Was an older hotel and they painted the bathtub to update it which isn't the problem, the problem is that the paint was horribly chipped. Also the bathroom mirror had a light but no way to turn it on.
