The hotel staff were polite and attentive.

Two Delta Hotel experiences... large banquet function and my 3-night room stay. The banquet was clean and well serviced, food was good, cash bars were well stocked, but drink prices were ridiculous, e.g. $13 for a glass of cheap Yellow Tail wine which sells at stores for $5.99/bottle. Room #240 was spacious and generally comfortable, but it felt like the old Holiday Inn Crown Plaza that it used to be. A great room darkening window roller shade let us sleep in. The bed and pillows were hard to us, and we had to change positions occasionally to get comfortable. Carpeting showed stains that we hoped were not due to their pet-friendly policy. The closet is useless, having a ridiculous wooden structure inside with only 14 inches of hanger space that did not allow for anything longer than a short dress shirt, and only 2 hangers. We had to hang my suit and wife's outfits on a couple wall hooks in the room. Half of the closet was taken up by a table that didn't even fit a normal checked bag, so it's use was perplexing. I would rate it a 3 star room. The cleaning service ladies were very nice and accommodating. I'm sure the desk would have been as well if we needed anything. Great location to N-S-W-E highways and tollways, local shopping, restaurants, Portillo's beef & hot dogs, and Blueberry Hill Cafe for breakfast. Would stay again for the location.

This property could be cleaner, there were stains on the couch in the room, cobwebs and spiders in the corners of the room, unemptied bins on the hallways and outside, dirty microwaves and ice machines in the general kitchen. Jeesh

Didnt like the area hotel looks old limited lighting outside and noisy.

Super quick check-in, not the usual slow and drawn out process of typical hotels… Room was clean.

This hotel had no respect for privacy despite a DND sign on the door, upon check-in they had got the dates of the stay wrong as well, I had experienced numerous disruptions from the housekeeping and front desk staff. i.e. entering without knocking. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Great stay

not like the pictures. hair in the shower, sink didn’t drain, and last but not least, a cockroach in my room! checked out immediately.

First room was moldy and mildew smelling , got changed to a new room , didn’t have wash clothes for 3 days . Body wash in the shower was empty . People sleeping in their cars in parking lot the entire time we were there

Very clean room and nice staff

They need to address the bathroom - the curtain was too short, the moveable shower head was a disaster and the sink was so close to the tub/shower you could hardly get in. With the short shower curtain and the removable shower head it was impossible NOT to get water ALL over the bathroom floor. Didn’t matter which way you turned it. And the “cabinet” they had in there to hold towels looks like something they drag out of the trash. It was partial board and had clearly been wet (probably from the shower situation) and was crumbling in multiple places

My room was clean and comfortable.

Room was good with the exception of the coffee pot which showed power and brewing but then did nothing.

They made our beds with moldy comforters 2 days in a row. When we explained to them it was the second time it has happened they did not care at all. The comforters had brown smelly spots all over them & when you held a flashlight to it you can see mold inside of the blanket.

Our toliet kept running, the shower malfunction as the drain release was broken. The toilet not only ran but had issues flushing. The phone in the room didnt work, the elevator worked 3 out of the 7-8 times we tried to access it. It was very disappointing to say the least

10 families were waiting and no rooms were available with all confirmed reservations

Excellent place to stay. Would stay again for sure.

Staff was nice and friendly, bathroom was small and shower water pressure was extremely low.

my room was full of bugs, on my first night i arrived so late and tired after a day of traveling, i just went straight to bed next morning when i woke up i went to get something on my suitcase and a bug crawled out of it, i killed it but decided to turn on the lights and check the rest of the room, for my surprise those bugs were EVERYWHERE! the staff was really helpful and immediately switched my room but on the next one the door lock was broken, also the hotel wasn’t clean at all, my sheets had stains, there was spider webs all over, there was hair in the bathroom floor that wasn’t mine, over wall wouldn’t come back.

Nice hote, redone but the hallways , elevators could use some tlc Check in people were very friendly!

Not serious about customers,they not resolved problems with destroying my goods in the room

Hotel was run down

Beds were awful. Someone set the alarm that went off the first morning. Refrigerator want working. The door to the fridge was about to fall off. Elevators broken. No microwave in the room the one in the commons area was disgusting. Ice machine broken. Bathroom was not clean. Had to ask for washcloths.

The staff was very friendly. Fast check-in and check-out with no issues! Second time staying here and will stay again!

Just a hotel. Nothing special.
