Lot of people from different works of life and different places and different experience. So if you want to just relax with a cup of coffee you won’t feel bored. There is pretty much thing available when it comes to breakfast, tea and coffee. You can also cook food, but you have to get your grocery.
Some people can be over friendly, but you find such people everywhere. I didn’t like the mattress personally because it was very soft, but maybe a lot of people prefer that.

Excellent midtown location, close walking to distance to anything you may need in Midtown and a lovely stroll to downtown! They have a sauna!
The only thing I can even think of to say that might be disparaging is the mattress on the bunk bed was very ... saggy? Despite this I slept fairly solid.

Nice common area and kitchen.
Very uncomfortable beds and can literally feel and hear the tiniest of movements. Seems very pricy given the conditions ;)
